If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, no worries. At jiajiashangmao.com, we want you to shop with confidence. If your order is not quite right, you may return the item within 60 days of purchase for a refund, subject to the conditions below.
International Return Policy
Returning an item is simple. Just send the item back to us, and once it is received and inspected, we will process your refund for the amount paid for the returned product.
Please note:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
A $6.95 restocking fee will be applied for each returned item.
Original shipping fees, duties, or taxes are non-refundable.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
Items must be returned within 60 days of the purchase date.
For gift purchases, we allow up to 90 days from the purchase date to make returns easier.
Items must be unworn and in their original condition.
All original tags and packaging, including the original shoe box, must be included.
Items must be returned directly to jiajiashangmao.com, not to the manufacturer.
At this time, jiajiashangmao.com does not provide prepaid return shipping labels for international orders.
How to Return Your Item
Repack the item exactly as it was received, including all boxes, packaging, and tags.
Write your order confirmation number clearly on the outside of the package.
Take the sealed package to your local post office or authorized shipping carrier and purchase return postage.
For your protection, we recommend using a shipping service that includes tracking and insurance.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Please note that depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a full refund under the following circumstances:
The product you received is defective or completely non-functional.
You did not receive your order within 90 business days after placing it.
If either of these situations occurs, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
Refunds will typically be returned to your account within 3–5 business days after approval.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when returning items. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from the refund amount where applicable.
