Shipping Method

Customers can choose their preferred shipping method on the Order Information page during the checkout process.

We aim to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible so that customers can receive their items in a timely manner. Orders are typically processed within a few business days after payment confirmation, and tracking information will be provided once the package has been shipped.

We offer standard international shipping with a fixed shipping fee of $5 per order unless otherwise stated on the website.

Important Notes

• Due to longer customs clearance times, Standard Shipping usually takes about 7–20 days for delivery.

• All estimated or typical delivery times are based on real shipping data from past orders and are provided for reference only. Actual delivery times may vary depending on destination and shipping conditions.

• Shipping times may be affected during public holidays, as manufacturers and courier services may limit their operations during these periods. These delays are beyond our control. Normal shipping operations will resume immediately after the holidays.

• After your order has been shipped, it may take a few days for the tracking number to become active in the courier’s tracking system. If tracking information is not immediately available, please check again later.

Order Cancellation

Customers may request to cancel their order within 48 hours of placing it. After this period, the order may have already been processed or shipped and therefore cannot be cancelled.
